Our story
Parisi’s began with Andy Parisi and a pizza oven. What he started — honest Italian cooking, generous plates, and treating every guest like they’d walked into the family home — is still exactly how we do things on King William Road today.
Three generations on, the recipes haven’t changed much. The dining room is a little nicer, the wine list is a little longer, and the courtyard has become the place Hyde Park comes to celebrate. But it’s still a Parisi checking on your table.
